Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Indian citizen; also eligible: permanent residents of Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibetan refugees (subject to regulations).

Minimum 25 years,
maximum 35 years.

Educational Qualification:
Full-time 2‑year MBA, MMS, PGDBA, PGDBM, PGPM, or PGDM
from a recognized institute/university;
preference to finance/wealth-management specialization. Minimum 60% marks desirable.
Work Experience:
At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in wealth management roles (e.g., in public/private/foreign banks,
broking firms, AMCs, securities).

Pay Scale (MMGS-II): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 basic. Annual CTC ~₹20–22 lakhs including allowances like DA, HRA, LFC, and medical benefits.
Selection Process
Online Exam:
Section I: Aptitude (Quantitative, Reasoning, English) – ~75 minutes
Section II: Professional Knowledge (Wealth Management) – ~75 minutes
Total ~150 questions, 225 marks; 0.25 penalty per wrong answer
Group Discussion (GD): ~50 marks
Personal Interview (PI): ~50 marks
Final merit based on aggregate performance in Online Exam + GD + PI
