Eligibility Criteria
Geographical Restriction: Only domiciles of Arunachal Pradesh are eligible, for roles in SJVN’s state projects

Assistant (W6): Maximum 40 years
Workmen Trainee (Cook) (W3): Maximum 30 years

Educational & Experience Requirements:
Assistant (W6): Graduate in any discipline, typing speed of 40 wpm, plus 10 years’ experience in administration, liaison, public hearings, land acquisition, surveys, public relations (preferably in Dibang Valley)
Workmen Trainee (Cook) (W3): Either NCVT-recognized cooking certificate or catering certificate + 1 year experience; or literate with 8 years of experience in a reputable hotel or hospital mess
Selection Process
Written Test (CBT):
Format: 100 MCQs (80% discipline-specific, 20% general: reasoning, aptitude, English, GK)
Duration: 2 hours
Qualifying Marks: UR/EWS – 50%, ST/PwBD – 40%
Trade Test: Qualifying in nature (same qualifying marks as above, no weight in merit)
Final Merit List: Based solely on written test marks
Compensation & Benefits
Assistant (W6): ₹23,000 per month with 3% annual increment
Workmen Trainee (Cook) (W3): ₹21,500 per month with 3% annual increment
Additional perks include IDA allowances (~35% of basic), HRA, CPF, PRP, and medical coverage for self and dependents
Regularization after one year of probation/training is possible
Fee Structure
General & OBC: ₹200 + GST@18%
SC/ST/EWS/PwBD/Ex-servicemen: Exempted from fee
