Educational Qualification

Pay Scale & Allowances
Recruitment is for the post of Probationary Officer in Junior Management Grade Scale I, with a basic pay starting at ₹48,480, plus applicable Dearness Allowance, HRA, CCA, and other perquisites. The typical cost-to-company in major cities ranges between ₹18–20 lakhs annually
Selection Process
The recruitment comprises three key stages:
Preliminary Exam – Objective test English, Reasoning,
Quantitative Aptitude totaling 100 marks.
Main Exam – Includes objective section and descriptive paper; testing reasoning, GA, English, and computer aptitude.
Phase III – Psychometric Test,
Group Exercises, and Interview, carrying 50 marks
Final merit is based on Main exam and Phase III performance combined (Main = 75%, Phase III = 25%).
