Eligibility – Age & Education
Age Limit: 18 to 33 years as of 01 January 2026.
Relaxation for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD etc. as per norms.
Educational Qualification:
For JE & DMS posts: A recognized diploma (3 years) or degree in relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecom) from a recognised university/institute.
For CMA (Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant): Typically a BSc in Physics & Chemistry or equivalent as per discipline.
Selection Process
The selection typically follows this flow:
CBT – Stage 1 (Computer Based Test) – objective type.
CBT – Stage 2 – more technical and discipline specific.
Document Verification of shortlisted candidates.
Medical Examination/Fitness before final appointment.
Pay Scale
The posts are at Pay Level-6 under 7th CPC (₹35,400 monthly basic) for JE/DMS/CMA posts.
