Salary & Contract
Basic Pay: ₹19,900 + DA; additional HRA (if applicable)
Other Perks: EPF, ESIC, 30 days leave annually, maternity benefits, safety gear; 3 % annual increment
Contract Duration: 1 year, extendable up to 4 years based on performance & operational requirements
Selection Process
Merit list based on NAC marks (80%)
Trade/Practical Test (100 marks, 20%)
Final merit list → DV
Tie-breaking: Preference to ex‑apprentices, then higher marks, then older candidates
