Eligibility Criteria (Basic)
Age Limit
Deputy Manager posts: 18 to 30 years (as on last date) for General category.
Junior Hindi Translator: 21 to 30 years (as on last date).
Relaxation as per Govt. rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD etc.
Educational Qualification
For Deputy Manager (HR): Graduate + MBA/PG Diploma in Personnel Management / IR etc. (some listings)
For Deputy Manager (F&A): Graduate + CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) etc.
For Deputy Manager (C & MM): Graduate in Engineering + MBA etc.
For Deputy Manager (Legal): Law Graduate (LLB) with some experience.
For Junior Hindi Translator: Master’s in Hindi/English with Hindi & English as main subject + translation experience/diploma.
Pay Scale
Deputy Manager: Level-10 Pay = ₹ 56,100 per month (plus allowances) approx.
Junior Hindi Translator: Level-6 Pay = ₹ 35,400 per month (plus allowances) approx.

Interview for Deputy Manager posts.
Skill Test for Junior Hindi Translator (translation/practical) maybe.
