Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Joint Registrar:

Must be a Central/State Government officer or from courts/tribunals/statutory bodies.

Should hold analogous position or have requisite years of service (Level–12/13).

Must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, with experience in personnel and administrative matters

Deputy Registrar:

Requires LLB and at least 5 years in a similar rank (Level–11 or equivalent).

Must have experience in administrative or judicial matters

LLB degree plus 5–7 years of service in analogous posts (Level–8/9/10).

Administrative or court-handling experience required .

Age Limit: Maximum age for all positions is 56 years as on the closing date of application.

Pay Scales

Appointments are on deputation basis for an initial period of 3 years, extendable as per requirement
Selection is merit-based, reviewed by NCLT’s screening committee.
