Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Up to 35 years as on the application closing date
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in any of the following:
Mass Communication / Journalism / Public Relations / Multimedia & Communications
Professional Experience: At least 2 years in a communication-related role, with a strong proficiency in media strategies, content creation, and visibility enhancement
Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Photoshop; familiarity with GIF creation and other design software is a plus
Remuneration & Terms
Consolidated Pay: ₹50,000 per month (all-inclusive)
Perks: No additional allowances; hence salary is comprehensive
Performance Review: Appointments contingent on annual KPIs; NCDC reserves the right to terminate the contract with one month’s notice or compensation
Selection Process
