Eligibility Criteria
Education / Qualification for each post:
Lower Division Clerk: 12th pass from recognised board/university.
Stenographer Grade-I: 12th pass or equivalent.
Laboratory Assistant: Graduate in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) / or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering from recognised institution.
Civilian Motor Driver (OG): Matriculation.
Bootmaker/Equipment Repairer: Matriculation.
Barber: Matriculation or equivalent, with proficiency in trade.
Multi-Tasking Staff: Matriculation or equivalent.
Tradesmen Mate: Matriculation or equivalent.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 18 years.
Maximum: 25 years.
Age relaxation as per rules (for reserved categories).
Pay / Salary Structure
The pay matrix varies for different posts:
For Lower Division Clerk & Civilian Motor Driver (OG): Rs. 19,900 – 63,200 (approx).
For Stenographer Grade-II & Laboratory Assistant: Rs. 25,500 – 81,100.
For Bootmaker, Barber, MTS, Tradesmen Mate: Rs. 18,000 – 56,900.
Selection Process
Written Test: Objective type, OMR based.

General Awareness: 25 Qs, 25 Marks
General English: 50 Qs, 50 Marks

Application Process (Offline)
Fill the prescribed application form (as given in notification).
Attach required documents and self-addressed envelope (size ~10.5 cm × 25 cm) with postage stamp (₹10) as per instructions.
Envelope should be super-scribed with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _” on top.
Send by ordinary post to the address as given in the notification. Note: No hand-delivery.
For candidates from certain remote/tribal regions (Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh division, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep etc) extended last date may apply (28 days instead of 21 days) as per advertisement.
