Qualifications:
Deputy Managers (E‑2 grade): B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Civil + ~5 years of post-qualification experience
Managers (E‑3 grade): B.Tech/B.E. in Civil/Structural or relevant stream + ~9 years of experience; Liaison Officer role may require MBA or equivalent
Age Limit
Deputy Manager posts: Maximum 32 years (Age cap up to 52 years via experience)
Manager positions: Maximum 36 years, with a similar upper cap via age-plus-experience rule
Salary Structure
Deputy Manager (E‑2): ₹60,000 – 1,80,000 (IDA)
Manager (E‑3): ₹80,000 – 2,20,000 (IDA)
Selection Process
The recruitment follows a lateral-entry model—selection is merit-based and evaluated through credentials and experience. There is no written test or interview; selection is finalized based on shortlisting of eligible profiles .
