OR BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) from Indian Culinary Institutes under Ministry of Tourism.
OR B.Sc Hotel Management & Catering Science / MBA (Tourism & Hotel Management) from recognized universities

Maximum age: 28 years for Unreserved category.
Age relaxation as per Govt. of India norms:
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): +3 years
SC/ST: +5 years
PwBD: +10 years

Selection Process
Mode: Walk-in Interview (there is no separate written exam or online test mentioned in this notification).
Shortlisting: Based on eligibility, documents, and interview performance.
Contractual engagement: The selected candidates will be engaged on a contract basis initially for 2 years, extendable by 1 year based on requirement and performance.

Essential Qualification
Candidates must have a full-time degree in any of these disciplines from a Central / State Government recognized university or institution:
B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration
– from Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) affiliated to NCHMCT / Govt. of India.
Most preferred qualification.
BBA / MBA (Culinary Arts)
– from Indian Culinary Institutes (ICI) under the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.
B.Sc. in Hotel Management & Catering Science
– from any recognized university.
MBA Tourism & Hotel Management
– from recognized institutes/universities.
