Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Information Technology/Computer Science from a recognized university.
OR Master’s degree in Science (Electronics/Physics with Electronics) or MCA in a relevant discipline.
OR Valid GATE score (2023/2024/2025) in Electronics & Communication (GATE code: EC) or Computer Science & Information Technology (GATE code: CS).
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 27 years (as on the specified cut-off date)
Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories as per government rules.
Salary & Benefits
Pay Scale: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 (Level 7 as per 7th Pay Commission)
In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹65,000 – ₹75,000 per month, depending on city classification and allowances.
Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), Special Security Allowance (SSA), Medical Benefits, and Pension under National Pension System (NPS).
Selection Process
