Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Full-time B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent degree in relevant disciplines such as Electronics, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Application, or Instrumentation.
Experience:
Project Manager Level 02: At least 10 years of experience in the relevant field post-qualification for B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent, or a minimum of 8 years for M.Tech/ME or equivalent.
Senior Project Engineer: At least 4 years of experience post-qualification for B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent, or a minimum of 2 years for M.Tech/ME or equivalent.
Skills: Proficiency in areas such as Networking, Telecom, Data Centres, IT Infrastructure commissioning & management, project management, vendor billing, asset management, and documentation.
Job Responsibilities
Project Manager Level 02:
Lead and oversee the successful delivery of Data Centre/ICT program/projects.
Plan and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including scoping, requirements gathering, implementation, deployment, stakeholder management, post-implementation review, and project handover.
Manage data centre (DC) and disaster recovery (DR) activities such as installations, commissioning, configuration, incident management, change management, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and migrations.
Ensure the overall success of the program/project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
Ensure the completion of projects within timelines.
Handle servers, networking, firewalls, EMS, etc.
Maintain good documentation and presentation skills.
Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Senior Project Engineer:
Support the project manager in the execution of project tasks.
Assist in the commissioning and management of IT infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
