The faculty posts are being offered through the bank’s society: CBI‑SUAPS (Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan).
The notification is for contract-based engagement of Faculty (and in some cases other posts such as Office Assistant) at the bank’s training institutes such as the Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs).
According to one recent notice the salary for Faculty is ₹ 30,000/month.
Eligibility & Qualification Requirements
Age Limit: 22 to 40 years.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate – examples given include MSW/MA (Rural Development), MA (Sociology/Psychology), B.Sc (Veterinary/Horticulture/Agriculture/Agri Marketing) or BA with B.Ed etc.
Computer knowledge required (for some posts).
Local language knowledge is desired.
Experience:
Preference given to retired bank officials with working experience as an officer and/or candidates with experience as faculty in rural development or training.
Duties / Nature of Engagement
The engagement is on contract basis.
The faculty will be involved in training, possibly at RSETI (Rural Self Employment Training Institute) units of CBI-SUAPS. (For example: recruitment for a Faculty post at RSETI Ballia – U.P.)

No fee is charged for application (in the 2025 notification) for the Faculty/Office Assistant/Attendant posts.
