Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Group A Posts (Managerial/Senior Posts):
Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant discipline
MBA / CA / ICWA / CMA / M.E / M.Tech or equivalent for specialized roles (Finance/HR/R&D)
Assistant Engineer:
Full-time Engineering degree in relevant discipline.
Diploma Trainee:
Full-time Diploma (3 years) in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/other relevant fields).
Office Assistant Trainee:
Full-time graduate degree in any discipline.

Age Limits (as on 07 Jan 2026)
Age limits vary by post level (general guide):
Grade VII (Dy. General Manager): Up to ~50 years (SC/ST), ~48 years (OBC)
Grade VI (AGM): Up to ~47 / ~45 years
Grade V to IV: Between ~39–44 years (varies)
Engineers / Trainees: ~32–34 years (varies)
PwBD: Additional age relaxation as per Govt norms.

Managers & Engineers: Market-aligned managerial/technical pay
Diploma Trainees: Stipend during training (typically ₹17,000–₹25,500 approx.)
Office Assistant Trainee: Stipend / starting pay per BEML trainee norms.
