Eligibility & Qualification
Educational Requirements:
Should have passed Senior Secondary (Part-II) in Science with Biology as one of the subjects, or its equivalent from a recognised Institution.
Must possess a Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant from a recognised university/institution.
Age Limit: As on 01-01-2025: Minimum age 18 years; Maximum age 37 years; age relaxations applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale: Pay matrix Level (as per notification) ₹10,300-34,800 + usual allowances; initial pay indicated around ₹35,400 for many posts.

Selection Process
Written Examination: 90 marks — administered by BFUHS.
Experience Marks: 10 marks awarded for relevant experience (per Dept. of Health & Family Welfare letter).
