Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Graduate Degree + Full-time 2-year PG in:
MBA (HR/IR)
MSW (Master of Social Work)
MA (Social Work with HR/IR)
PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations
Candidates should have minimum required marks (e.g., 60% for General / relaxations for reserved categories).
Work Experience
Officer HR (Gr. II): Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
Assistant Manager HR (Gr. III): Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience.
Desirable: Experience in HR functions, especially in manufacturing or PSU environment.
Age Limit (as on 07.01.2026)
Officer HR (Gr. II): Up to 29 years
Assistant Manager HR (Gr. III): Up to 30 years
Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD candidates.
Pay Scale & Benefits
Post Pay Scale (₹)
Officer HR (Gr. II) ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
Assistant Manager HR (Gr. III) ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
