Eligibility Criteria
Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT):
Educational Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Engineering in relevant disciplines from a recognized institution.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as of October 1, 2025. Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
Technician ‘C’:
Educational Qualification: SSLC (10th pass) with ITI in relevant trade, plus one year of apprenticeship OR SSLC with a 3-year National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as of October 1, 2025. Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
Salary Details
Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT):
Pay Scale: ₹24,500 – ₹90,000 (Grade: WG-VII / CP-VI)
Technician ‘C’:
Pay Scale: ₹21,500 – ₹82,000 (Grade: WG-IV / CP-V)
Note: The pay scales are subject to applicable allowances and benefits as per BEL policies.

Selection Process
Written Test:
Part I: General Aptitude (50 marks) – Logical reasoning, analytical ability, comprehension, basic numeracy, data interpretation, and general knowledge.
Part II: Technical Aptitude (100 marks) – Discipline-specific technical knowledge.
Shortlisting:
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the written test.
Shortlisted candidates will receive call letters for the written test via SMS and email.
