Launched in May 2025 under the PMJAY‑MA umbrella

Beneficiaries: ~6.4 lakh state govt officers, employees, pensioners, their dependents.
Coverage: ₹10 lakh per family per year for inpatient care at 2,658 empanelled hospitals (904 private + 1,754 government hospitals)

Card Type: “G‑series” Arogya card; outpatient (OPD) services not included
.
Premium: ₹3,708 per family annually, fully borne by state government (₹303.3 crore total)
.
Exclusions: Pensioners over 70 on Vayvandana scheme already, outpatient treatments, procedures beyond ₹10 lakh cap – those are reimbursable
