Eligibility:
Must hold or be in the final year of:
A 5-year integrated LL.B. (after 10+2), or
A 3-year LL.B. (after graduation) 1
Law degree must have been completed within 2 years prior to the notification. Final-year students can apply, provided they present proof of qualification before starting the role

Must not be enrolled or practicing as an Advocate. If already enrolled, practice must be suspended until the contract ends

Must not be pursuing another regular course or job that would conflict with duties
.
Age Limit: Under 30 years, as of the relevant cut-off (e.g., 1 July 2025)
