What’s Good & What to Check Carefully
Pros / Good Points:

Even though total posts are only 14 — it’s a specialized regional recruitment, so competition may be lower compared to all-India drives.

Posts in AAI — stable central-PSU employer, with good salary scale and allowances under IDA pay structure.

Variety of roles: administrative (HR),
technical (Electronics), and operational (Fire Services) — gives opportunities across skill sets & educational backgrounds.

Online application
accessible; selection via CBT + objective tests → fair & transparent process.

Things to Verify / Be Careful About:

Only candidates domiciled in North-Eastern states eligible — check domicile certificate / address proof carefully.

For technical / fire-service posts, ensure exact required qualification (diploma, driving licence) or experience — shortfall may lead to rejection.

Age cut-off is strict (max 30 years) — check as on 06/12/2025.

Pay scale & allowances may differ by posting region (NE Region IDA structure) — factor in posting location & cost of living.

Physical / driving tests or fire-service requirements (for JA Fire) — be prepared physically and ensure licence validity (if required).
