Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit

Minimum: 18 years

Maximum: 30 years (Relaxation as per Govt rules)

Educational Qualifications (Post-wise)

Senior Assistant (Electronics): Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering + 2 yrs relevant experience

Junior Assistant (HR): Graduate + computer literacy (MS Office)

Junior Assistant (Fire Services):
10th pass + 3-yr Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire OR
12th pass (Regular) status; driving licence often required/preferred

Domicile Requirement

Candidates should be domicile of North Eastern States: Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland & Tripura.

Selection Process
Computer Based Test (CBT) for all posts

Computer Literacy Test for HR positions

Driving / Physical Tests & Medical (for Fire Services)

Document Verification & final appointment

Salary / Pay Scale
Senior Assistant (Electronics): ≈ ₹36,000 – ₹1,10,000 (IDA NE-6)

Junior Assistant (HR / Fire Services): ≈ ₹31,000 – ₹92,000 (IDA NE-4)
plus DA, HRA & other allowances
as per AAI rules
