The University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Dharwad has announced recruitment for 09 engineering positions on a contract basis.
The walk-in interview will be held on July 18, 2025, and eligible candidates are invited to apply for various positions including Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical) and Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical).

Junior Engineer (Electrical) – 2 positions, salary approx. ₹24,590/month

Qualification
Assistant Engineer (AE): Candidates must possess a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Junior Engineer (JE): Candidates should have a Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
Preference will be given to those having work experience in government departments, universities, or construction-related work such as estimates, drawing preparation, and supervision.
Age Limit
The minimum age is 20 years.
The maximum age is 65 years.
Age relaxation will be applicable
as per government norms for reserved categories.
Salary
Assistant Engineers will receive a consolidated monthly salary of approximately ₹30,255.
Junior Engineers will receive a salary of around ₹24,590 per month.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on performance in a written test and interview to be conducted on the same day.
