PFRDA Recruitment 2025 – Apply for 20 Assistant Manager (Grade A) Posts by August 6

The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has opened its recruitment drive for Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) across various disciplines. A total of 20 openings are available, offering an exceptional opportunity to work in India’s pension regulatory space.

Educational Qualifications
Eligibility depends on the stream applied for:

General: Master’s in any discipline, or Bachelor’s in Law or Engineering, or professional certifications like CA/CS/ICWA/CFA

Finance & Accounts: Graduate plus CA/ICWA/CS/CFA

Information Technology: B.E./B.Tech. in relevant engineering, or master’s in IT/Computer Science, with a focus on AI/ML

Other streams (Economics / Statistics / Legal / Actuary / Rajbhasha) require relevant master’s or professional qualifications

Age Limit
Maximum 30 years as of July 31, 2025
Relaxations applicable for SC/ST (+5 years), OBC (+3 years), PwBD, Ex-servicemen, etc.

Compensation
Basic pay starts around ₹44,500 in Level 7 pay scale, with gross emoluments reaching up to ~₹1.5 lakh/month after allowances

Selection Process
Phase I (Prelims): Objective test on general aptitude and stream-related knowledge

Phase II (Mains): Descriptive and subject-specific objective sections

Phase III: Final interview for short-listed candidates

How to Apply
Register online on the PFRDA portal between July 2 and August 6.

Select up to two streams and complete separate applications.

Upload photograph, signature, ID,
educational proof, stream-specific qualification documents.

Pay the application fee: ₹1,000 for UR/OBC/EWS;
no fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women.
