Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications (varies by post):
Group A: Generally Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
Professor/Director roles: Usually Postgraduate degree (55%) with possible desirable criteria (NET, B.Ed, Ph.D.).
Accounts Officer: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
Superintendent & Translation Officer:
Bachelor’s or relevant language PG.
Junior Accountant: 12th pass with accounts/commerce subjects (plus typing skills).
Junior Assistant: 12th pass with typing proficiency (English/Hindi).
Age Limits
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: Post-wise (e.g., 27/30/35 years).
Age relaxations
as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC
NCL/PwBD/ESM.
Pay & Benefits
Pay Levels: Range from Level-2 to Level-10 (7th CPC).
Group A: Approx. ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
Group B: Approx. ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400
Group C: Approx. ₹19,900 – ₹63,200
Perks: DA, HRA, TA & other allowances as per Government norms.
Selection Process
Tier-I Written Examination (CBT) — Mandatory for most posts.
Tier-II Written Exam (as applicable).
Interview/Skill Test (for certain posts such as translation, superintendent).
