Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline PLUS at least one of the following:
CAIIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers)
DBF (Diploma in Banking & Finance)
DCBM (Diploma in Cooperative Business Management)
**Equivalent banking/finance diploma
OR
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Cost Accountant (CMA)
Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirement
Minimum 8 years’ experience in the banking sector at middle or senior management level.
Age Limit
Maximum age: 62 years at the time of appointment.
Role & Selection
The CEO post is filled based on the bank’s internal selection process in line with the “fit and proper” norms prescribed by the National Bank Regulator (RBI guidelines for cooperative bank CEOs).
