Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.
Degree should be from IITs, NITs, or Institutes ranked in Top 100 (NIRF) in the year of graduation or preceding year.
Final-year students of Civil Engineering may apply (subject to qualification before joining).
Age Limit
Minimum: ~21 years
Maximum: 30 years (relaxation as per Govt. rules, if applicable)
Domicile Requirement
Candidate must be a domicile of the specific State/UT they apply for under the scheme.
Experience
0–2 years’ experience acceptable; fresh graduates eligible.

Salary / Remuneration
Monthly Consultancy Fee: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 (consolidated)
Annual increment: ~5% (as per scheme norms)
