Eligibility Criteria (Post-Wise Educational Requirements)
Medical & Specialist Posts
Intensivist:
MBBS with MD / MS / DNB in Anaesthesia / Medicine / Respiratory Medicine / Surgery plus additional
qualification in Critical Care
DM, DNB, Fellowship.
Ophthalmologists (Retinal / Surgeon):
- MD/MS in Ophthalmology. Retinal Surgeon ideally with advanced Fellowship/experience.
Senior Resident (Ophthalmology, ENT, Orthopedics, Pathology, Gynaecology, Pediatrics):
- MBBS + PG Degree / Diploma in the relevant specialty.
Gastroenterologist / Nephrologist:
- DM in Gastroenterology / Nephrology respectively.
Medical Officer (Gastro / Cardiology):
- MBBS + relevant postgraduate (MD / diploma / experience).
Anaesthetist / Pediatrician: - MD / PD in Anaesthesia / Pediatrics (or equivalent).
Dental / Paramedical Posts
Paedodontist (Part-time):
- MDS in Pediatric Dentistry (or equivalent).
Physiotherapist Grade II:
- 10+2 (Science) + Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy.
Age Limit
Maximum Age: Around 50 years (as of 22 Dec 2025).
Age relaxation as per Government rules for reserved categories.
Salary / Remuneration
Monthly Pay Range: ₹45,000 to ₹1,42,000 per month depending on post and experience.
Some posts (e.g., Intensivist, Gastroenterologist, Nephrologist, Urologist) may be offered remuneration as mutually agreed based on qualifications and experience.
Remuneration is contractual and may include allowances as per Cantonment Board norms.
Selection Process
Shortlisting: Based on educational qualifications & experience.
Interview: Primary selection method — candidates will be called for a personal interview or walk-in selection for final engagement.
Document Verification: Before final offer.
No separate written exam — selection principally through interview and merit.
