Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
Age Limit (as on cut-off 01-11-2025):
Junior Associate: 20 to 32 years
Assistant Manager: 20 to 35 years
Work Experience (for certain posts/deputation):
For Junior Associate: Some experience requirements (e.g., 3 years) in certain categories according to one source.
For Assistant Manager: Experience like 5 years in CDA pay scale or 3 years in IDA scale in some cases.
Selection Process & Other Details
Selection is primarily merit-based, by preparing merit list outlet/branch-wise based on graduation percentage (exact percentage up to two decimals, no rounding).
The Bank reserves right to conduct online test / group discussion / interview if required.
Application Fee: ₹750 for all categories (non-refundable).
Posts are for all-India locations (various banking outlets/branches of IPPB) — outlet/branch wise vacancy distribution provided in the detailed notification.
Important Notes for Applicants
Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria (age, qualification, experience if applicable) as on cut-off date.
Gradation marks: When entering your graduation percentage, follow the exact rule: aggregate marks / aggregate maximum, no rounding off.
