Pay for Operator: Fixed monthly emolument ₹ 24,960; plus variable daily emolument ~ ₹ 960 on working days.

Eligibility Criteria
For Contractual Drilling/Workover Operator
Essential qualifications include (any one of these):
Passed Class 10 from a recognised board + a 3-year Diploma in any Engineering discipline from a recognised Polytechnic. And minimum 2 years post‐qualification experience in drilling/workover activities (rig floor operations, tripping in/out tubulars, etc).
OR Bachelor’s degree in Science from a recognised university + minimum 2 years post‐qualification experience in drilling/workover activities.
OR (in some cases) Class 10 + Trade certificate (Diesel Mechanic/Fitter/Electrician/Turner/Welder/Motor‐Mechanic/Machinist) + minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in drilling/workover activities.
Maximum age limit for Operator: General category up to 45 years; OBC-NCL up to ~48 years; SC up to ~50 years.
For Contractual Drilling/Workover Assistant Operator
Must have passed Class 10 from a recognised board.
Must have a Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic/Fitter/Electrician/Turner/Welder/Motor Mechanic/Machinist from a recognised Institute.
Must have minimum 2 years post‐qualification work experience in drilling/workover activities (rig floor operations, tripping in/out tubulars, etc).
Maximum age limit for Assistant Operator: General category up to 40 years; OBC-NCL up to ~43 years; ST up to ~45 years.
Selection Process
Walk-in Registration & Document Verification at the venue (Registration window 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM).
