Eligibility / Qualification & Experience

Hydrology Specialist (1 post)

Experience: Minimum ~5 years professional experience in hydrological studies / water resources assessment, preferably with wetlands / watersheds; prior involvement in ADB/ MDB projects is preferred.

Gender Specialist (1 post)

Qualification: Master’s or equivalent in Development Studies, Social Sciences or related field.

Experience: Minimum ~5 years substantive professional experience in mainstreaming gender in rural/remote areas, ideally on donor-financed projects (ADB/World Bank) with ability to work with local communities, indigenous people, Govt. & NGO stakeholders.

Livelihood Coordinator (5 posts)

Qualification: Master’s or equivalent in Livelihoods, Entrepreneurship Development, Food Security, Agriculture & Allied, Agribusiness, Rural Development, Social Sciences or related.

Experience: At least ~5 years in livelihood interventions—skills training, micro‐finance, income generation, social protection, cooperatives, value-chain development; experience on donor-funded projects is an advantage.
