Eligibility Criteria
Mate (Mines) & Blaster (Mines): Must have passed the 10th / Matriculation standard.
All other trades: Must have passed 10th standard and hold an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institute.
Candidates possessing higher qualifications (e.g., Diploma, BE/B.Tech) are not eligible.
Those who completed ITI in 2023 or earlier must submit an affidavit affirming no previous apprenticeship or employment.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years (as of 7 August 2025)
Relaxations: Up to 3 years for OBC, and up to 5 years for SC/ST categories.

Selection Process
Merit-Based Selection:
For trades with ITI requirement: 30% weightage to ITI marks + 70% to 10th board marks
For Mate and Blaster roles: 100% weightage to 10th board marks
In case of a tie, older candidates are preferred.
