Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Must hold B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with an Integrated Certificate Course in Community
Health or B.Sc. Community Health, registered under the Director of Medical Education, Assam.
Graduation must be from a recognized institution approved by the Indian Nursing Council / Assam Nurses
Midwives’ & Health Visitors’ Council.
Candidate must be a registered RNRM (Registered Nurse Registered Midwife) with Assam
Nursing Council/DME Assam.
Must submit a certificate from the principal confirming completion of the Integrated Certificate
Course (Appendix-I)
Age Limit (as of 01 Jan 2025):
General (UR): up to 40 years
OBC/MOBC: up to 43 years
SC/ST (Plain & Hills): up to 45 years
PWD: up to 50 years (upper limit relaxable per category norms)
Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen and domicile of Assam as per state norms (implied under NHM
Assam rules).
Pay & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹27,500/month
Performance-Based Incentive: Up to ₹15,000/month (calculated on targets/performance)
Total Monthly CTC Potential: Up to ₹42,500
