Vacancy & Pay Scale
Gender Specialist: 2 Posts – ₹21,000 per month
IT Assistant: 2 Posts – ₹20,000 per month

Qualifications & Experience
Gender Specialist: Post‑graduation in Social Work or allied social discipline with minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in gender-related programming or community interventions.
IT Assistant: Graduation in any discipline with computer literacy and 2–3 years of practical experience in data handling, documentation, reporting, or web-based systems. Familiarity with MS Office, database entry, or ICT tools is preferred.
Age Limit
Maximum age for both posts is 35 years, as per the recruitment notification. Relaxation for reserved categories is permitted per state government norms.
