Eligibility & Qualifications
Post Age Qualification & Experience
Counselor–FLC 45–65 years Graduate in any discipline; basic computer skills (MS Office, internet, local language typing). Preferably retired bank officer (Scale I+), ex-serviceman, or similar with ≥10 years officer-level service, clean service record, strong local language ability (e.g., Bangla/Nepali).
Attendant 22–40 years 10th pass; proficiency in reading/writing local language; local resident of district near Siliguri.
Salary & Benefits
Counselor–FLC:
₹25,000/month or last drawn pay minus pension (whichever is lower), plus ₹1,000/month for mobile/conveyance. 15 days annual leave (max 2 days/month).
Attendant:
₹8,000/month; no other allowances. 15 days annual leave.
