Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university (graduation should be completed on or before April 1, 2025)
Age Limit (as of July 1, 2025): 20–28 years
Relaxation as per government norms:
OBC: +3 years | SC/ST: +5 years | PwBD: +10 years | Women, etc.: special relaxations
Nationality: Indian citizens or specified categories (Nepal/Bhutan citizens, Tibetan refugees, etc.)

Total Seats: 1,500 across states/UTs

Tamil Nadu & Uttar Pradesh: 277 each
West Bengal: 152
Andhra Pradesh: 82

Application Fee
General/OBC/EWS: ₹800
SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175
Selection Process
Online Objective Test
100 marks, 100 questions (English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Regional Language)
Duration: 1 hour; +1 for correct, –1 for incorrect
Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
Conducted in local language of the applied state/UT
Document Verification & Medical Exam
Includes category, education, identity, medical fitness checks
Stipend & Training
Duration: 12 months under the Apprentices Act, 1961
Monthly Stipend:
₹15,000 in metro/urban branches
₹12,000 in rural/semi-urban branches

Register on NATS Portal: nats.education.gov.in
Once NATS registration is complete, apply via Indian Bank website: indianbank.in
Fill out application form, upload documents, pay fees, submit
Only one application per candidate is allowed – applying for multiple states leads to disqualification
