DGM (Civil – BLT Expert) – 1
DGM (Transport Economist) – 1
DGM (Civil – Marine Structural Expert) – 2
Assistant Manager (Civil Planning) – 2
Assistant Manager (SHE Expert) – 4
Assistant Manager (Civil – Hydrographic Surveyor) – 1
Assistant Manager (Civil – Rail Alignment Design) – 2
Assistant Manager (Civil – GIS Specialist) – 1
Assistant Manager (Civil – BIM Modeler) – 4
Qualification & Experience
Candidates should possess:
Degree: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, B.Arch, B.Tech/B.E; postgraduate degrees (M.E/M.Tech), B.Plan, M.A. (for economist roles) depending on the position
Experience: Senior roles (DGM) require ~11 years of post‑qualification experience; Assistant Manager roles need a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Age Limit
General cap: 32–41 years, depending on the post level
Age relaxations apply for OBC, SC/ST, PWD, Ex‑Servicemen as per government norms
Remuneration & Pay Scale
Assistant Manager: ₹40,000–₹2,00,000 (post‑qualification)
DGM/Assistant Manager posts offer attractive CTC aligned with industry standards and organizational scales.
